Osprey Switch 55+5 Hut Pack
Two years ago my wife, Golden Retriever and I moved from Avon, CO (after 30 years) to Castle Rock, CO. Mainly to accommodate my wife's cancer treatments at the Anschutz Cancer Center in Aurora.
I got started with the huts in the winter of 1996. First just following along, and then guiding and provisioning. My first hut was the Tenth Mountain and coincidentally that was my last hut in 2014.
That Osprey Switch pack was my go-to for any trip. It was made by Osprey specifically for hut trips. They stopped making it in 2012. Mine is red in color and size medium. The main pack is 43 liters and the yo-yo pack is 12 liters. The yo-yo is perfect for day trips from the hut. The main pack is perfect for A-framing or diagonal cross carry of the skis when needed.
It is in like new condition since I take care of my stuff. Since I am now aged 78, I have no need for the pack. For those of you unfamiliar with this pack, just ask some of you hut friends.
It is up for sale for $150.00. Since I live in Castle Rock, an interested person would be best if in the Denver area. Photos upon request.
Stay safe. Jim H
